Pricing
All pricing is in Euro currency, exclusive of VAT.
Payments
First orders are pro forma only with a minimum value of €250 for the Benelux, €350 for Germany and France, and €500 for all other European countries.
After the fist order a maximum credit of €1000 euros will be applied (this will be evaluated yearly).
Invoices will be sent out via email and must be paid within 30 days.
Late payment will result in a non-delivery of further orders.
Minimum order value
In the Benelux the minimum order value is 250€. Under 250€ there will be 10€ shipping cost per parcel. For Germany and France, the minimum order value is 350€. Under 350€ there will be 10€ shipping cost per parcel.
Delivery
All delivery dates given are estimations only and can be subject to changes.
All changes in the delivery address must be notified to Hole in the Wall within five working days.
In cases of out of stock items HITW will not hold back orders.
Delivery outside the Benelux and France are on request.
Damaged and missing products must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Title of goods
All goods remain the property of HITW until payment is received in full.
